Working through its donor-advised fund at KBFUS, the American Express Foundation provided support to six organizations working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 response in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK – which were all hit particularly hard by the pandemic. Grantees include hospitals lacking emergency equipment and basic supplies, and nonprofits providing social services to the most vulnerable groups.
