| Everyone deserves a fair hearing. Formerly known as the African Prisons Project, Justice Defenders (UK) initiates widespread reforms in the criminal justice system by training prisoners and prison staff in Kenya and Uganda to become changemakers – lawyers and paralegals who uphold the rights of the marginalized. It recently received a $10,000 grant from its Justice Defenders US Fund. |
