Fondation Caritas France was created by Secours Catholique to alleviate and fight poverty in France and in the world’s poorest countries, inspired by values of solidarity, justice, and respect for the human person. Its Friends of Caritas France made a $200,000 grant to renovate a shelter for the homeless and others in need in the city of Metz, in eastern France.
