| Founded in 1824, Museo Egizio in Turin is the oldest museum dedicated to Egyptian antiquities outside of Egypt. While it has repeatedly been transformed in its almost 200 years of history, the Museum has remained firm in the belief that its collections belong to humanity and that its future is research.
